Service inquiries
When online inquiries are available, the form sends your name, work email, platform, service, current tools, optional budget, and task to our configured inquiry service. We use it to assess the request and contact you about scope and a possible quote. Consent applies to this inquiry, not to marketing subscriptions.
The website does not create a customer account or take payment through this form. A successful response includes a receipt identifier from the inquiry service; it does not prove email delivery or a booking. When sending is unavailable or fails, the page explains that state.
Drafts and shortlists
Your comparison shortlist is stored in your browser’s local storage. Clear it using “Clear all.” Inquiry drafts remain in the open form; downloading a brief saves a text file on your device and does not send it to our team.
Website and provider records
Website hosting and the inquiry provider may process technical request records such as connection details and timestamps. Do not submit passwords, API keys, or customer records. Inquiry retention, deletion requests, and provider terms should be confirmed with our team before sharing sensitive business material.
Interaction events
The site emits local interaction events containing tool IDs, task categories, result counts, and submission status. Free search text and inquiry fields are excluded. No analytics collector is currently configured, so these events do not establish stored statistics or registration and payment attribution. A configured collector must be documented before it is enabled.
External websites
Product links open websites with their own privacy terms. Pikpop registration uses ref=Bkb87a. Public demo links use placement parameters, without inquiry details. Registration, task completion, and payment attribution require separate records in Pikpop; a click alone does not establish them.
Your choices
Providing an inquiry is optional. You may prepare a local brief without sending it. After our team contacts you, you can reply to request a correction or deletion of inquiry details.
